THE 4-Week Summer Challenge Includes:
Unlimited access to group training which includes 6 (45 to 60-Min) workouts a week at convient times
Tools neccessary to stick to a meal plan that will help you lose fat and gain muscle at the same time
Social support group from your fellow ICU peers and awesome motivation from the ICU Training Staff
Progress Tracking so our clients can see their improvements
No Nonsense Workouts. Strength, Core, & Conditioning exercises that WORK and have stood the test of time. We help ensure our clients perform these exercises with proper form, tempo, & intensity.
Modifications for each exercise so that all levels of fitness will get a great workout.
Mobility & stretching at each workout to help promote healthy joints/muscles tissue & to help prevent injury.
Plus a chance to WIN MONEY depending on your results!
Measurements, fitness assessment, and body composition. (Sun August 20th @ 1 PM, make up on Saturday August 26th at 9 AM) This is the 1st week of training & eating healthy
Each week consists of 3 strength, 2 conditioning/core, & 1 total body workouts
Eat a real food, anti-inflammatory, all natural meal plan
Hell Week! Lots of cardio and core to shed those last pounds and inches
Final measurements, fitness assessment, and body composition.
CASH PRIZE AWARDED TO THOSE WHO FINISH STRONG:
$50 of each registration fee will be added to one big cash pot
At the end of 8 weeks, the cash pot will be distributed evenly to those who stick with it and meet their goals set at week 1!
Example: if there are 20 participants, the cash pot will be $1,000 ($50 each). If all participants meet their goals each will be rewarded $50 cash or credit towards the next challenge! If only 10/20 meet their goals, then those 10 will be rewarded $100 cash or credit towards the next challenge and so on!
Our 12 & 8 week challenge participant's cash pot will also be included! CURRENT CASH POT is already at $400!
