Join us for our 1st boot camp of 2018 and melt away fat, add lean muscle, develop healthy habits, & improve mental clarity & focus. Let's work together to make this the best year ever! Whether you come to our facility to train, work out at home, have a membership at another gym, regardless of fitness level, live near or far....it doesn't matter! Anybody can do this boot camp!
Group Training: Includes Pre-Fitness Assessment on 1/07 at 1 PM and Post Assessment on 2/03 at 8:30 AM. Unlimited access to our group training classes (see schedule here). Access to the New Year’s Boot Camp private FB group for accountability, support, nutritional support, meal planning, & access to our online workouts you can do at home. (see online training details below)
Online Training: Online members will have access to our private New Year’s Boot Camp Group on Facebook. This group will provide daily accountability, motivation, nutritional support, & meal planning. Our trainers will also provide 6 workouts* for you to do each week and will record videos demonstrating each exercise. Every Sunday night we will have a Live trainer chat to help answer any questions and struggles you may have. Online members can also attend our pre/post fitness assessments if you live close enough to our gym.
Private or Small group training: Don’t like working out in groups? Don’t have the motivation or the knowledge to work out by yourself? Have more specific fitness goals? Whatever the case may be, we also offer private personal training; either 1 on 1 or up to 4 people. Your trainer will work with you and design a custom program to help you reach your goals.

*In order to do the workouts at home, Online clients must have the following equipment:
Medicine ball (minimum 6 lbs)
Stability Ball (55 cm)
Resistance Bands with handle grips (light to heavy resistance)
Dumbbells (minimum 5-25 lbs)
Pull Up Bar (doorway mounted or wall mounted)
Mini Bands (light to heavy resistance)
Not Required but nice to have: Yoga Mat, Power mobility bands, Kettlebells, adjustable weight bench
