We will begin offering 4 indoor group training sessions per week starting the week of July 6th. Monday-Wednesday-Friday at 5:15 AM and Saturday at 9 AM. Each workout will be designed to be performed 6 feet apart from other participants without sharing any equipment. Face masks are optional. If feeling sick at all do NOT show up to class. Refrain from high fives, fist bumps, etc. Sanitize any equipment used before and after use.
