One on One with an Infinite CU Trainer!

 

 

At Infinite CU, our Personal Training programs are more than a series of one-on-one sessions. It is a physical, psychological and emotional experience where you first increase your level of base conditioning before progressing to increase physical and cognitive skills.

 

Every personal training program is customized to address your unique fitness profile, enabling you to increase your fitness level as defined in partnership with your trainer. You’ll not only feel more powerful, you’ll be empowered to do more – and be more.

 

SERVICES

Initial Consultation

 

Your program begins with a FREE initial consultation (1st time clients), which includes body circumference measurements, Fitness Test, and heart rate monitoring. You will also fill out a brief questionnaire so we can determine your goals and training program.

 

Fat Loss & Muscle Building Programs

 

The goal of the majority of our clients is to lose body fat % and build lean muscle. Based off the information we receive from your initial consultation, we will start you at one of the below programs customized to fit your needs. Each program consists of resistance, core, & cardio interval training. 

 

  • 4-Week Beginner Program (Min 6 Sessions)
  • 4-Week Intermediate Program (Min 6 Sessions)
  • 8-Week Advanced Program (Min 12 Sessions)
  • 12-Week Infinite CU Weight Training Program (Min 18 Sessions)

 

Specialized Training Programs

 

If your goal is to perform better at an athletic event such as a race or occupation required fitness test then you will probably need more specialized training. Let us know if you would like to improve in one of the areas below so we can come up with a custom program to help you succeed!

 

  • Basic Training or Fitness Test Training for Military/Police/Fire/Etc. 
  • 5K or 10K Race Training
  • Half Marathon or Full Marathon
  • Obstacle/Mud Race Training
  • Youth & Student Athletic Performance Training
  • Self Defense/Martial Arts Conditioning
